Take a rest for a while...

In one of my relative home, in the backyard, I saw one butterfly flying and then landed on a leaf. So I took my S3 and shot it. Focused on the black and white butterfly on the center and set the background blurred.

Male Green Bayan bird

One of the beautiful bird in Safari Garden, Puncak, West Java, Indonesia.
Species name is Electus Roratus (Bayan). The natural habitate is at Sumbawa Timor Papua. Green color indicates that it is a male, while red one is a female.

Splashing Firework

I took this picture on the 2008 new year. Using a tripod, shot many times and created some dark pictures. This is the best one because a perfect timing, even though we still can see noises in the dark background. I also practiced the composition technique.
